Learn the power of utilizing strengths for you individually and for your teams.

Module #3: Raising the Bar to Achieve Maximum Team Effectiveness and Results

Learn a process to effectively and proactively work with your teams to maximize their effectiveness and support achievement of results.

Module #4: Effective Tools to Coach Your Team

Explore the leadership mindset as well as how to move your team from functional to highly functional. We will discuss technical skills, emotional intelligence, coaching to “raise the bar,” and coaching tools.

Module #5: Managing a Multi-Generational Workforce

Understand and discuss the differences between the four generations and the application to your work. You will become aware of the generational preferences and styles each generation brings to the workplace.
